Volunteer Spotlight: Lance R.

Lance has been a joyful part of Saint James’ since 2017, with roots at Saint James’ Episcopal School going back to when he was just 3 years old. Now in fifth grade, he continues to grow in faith and service.

Lance loves helping in Children’s Church and serves as an acolyte, bringing enthusiasm and care to both roles. This year, he connected his church and school communities through his fifth grade service project, collecting books for the Book Cellar, which supports the Fauquier County Public Library. As an avid reader, he enjoys sharing his love of books with others.

Lance also participates in children’s services as a singer and reader, bringing energy and joy to worship. We are grateful for his generous spirit and the many ways he serves our community.
