Volunteer Spotlight: Charlie Brinkman

This week we celebrate Charlie Brinkman, a longtime and dedicated member of Saint James’. Charlie and his wife, Sue, have been part of our parish family since 1992, faithfully serving the church community for more than three decades.

Over the years, Charlie has shared his time and talents in countless ways. Serving two terms on the Vestry, contributing his insight on several committees — including the Finance Committee — and offering steady leadership wherever it’s needed.

Today, Charlie continues to serve with great care as co-leader of the Usher Ministry, ensuring that Sunday services, funerals, and special events run smoothly and reverently. His calm presence, attention to detail, and welcoming spirit embody the heart of service that keeps Saint James’ thriving.
