From the Health Team: Better brain health challenge
BY RUTH FUGEECBS Mornings is running a three-part series on preventing Alzheimer’s disease. The host began his introduction by saying that “research shows that 88% of Americans are concerned about getting Alzheimer’s disease, but 91% don’t know how.” Building better brain health by making a gradual shift to healthier habits can work to prevent many chronic diseases, including Alzheimer’s. The Alzheimer’s Association offers a free challenge to you to begin making choices every day that can protect your memory and potentially lower your risk of Alzheimer’s dementia. You’ll be challenging yourself, not competing with anyone else, so there is no pressure and your path doesn’t need perfection. Sign up here.
I’m signed up, and if you want a partner, share your challenge with me.
