Volunteer Spotlight: Penny Dart
This week, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Penny Dart, a dedicated and beloved member of the Saint James’ community since 1983. Penny has been a faithful presence in countless ministries over the years, including Altar Guild, the Handbell Choir, Food & Fellowship, Parish Health, the Flower Guild and as a greeter. Her willingness to serve and deep knowledge of each ministry make her an invaluable part of our parish family.
Beyond her ministry work, Penny is always eager to lend a hand at Saint James' Episcopal School whenever she can. She also assists with the Gobble, Gobble, Run or Wobble fundraiser that supports Learning Starts Early, and she is always ready to help set up and serve for special events like Mardi Gras and other parish fellowship activities.
Whether she’s arranging flowers, welcoming worshipers, or ensuring our special events run smoothly, Penny embodies the spirit of service and love. We are so grateful for her dedication, kindness, and unwavering commitment to our church and community.
Thank you, Penny! You are a rock star!
