Volunteer Spotlight: Gita Grady

This week, we are delighted to shine our Volunteer Spotlight on Gita Grady, whose faith, generosity, and joyful spirit bless so many parts of life at Saint James’.

Gita is a cherished member of both the Adult Choir and the Church Band, where her musical gifts help lead our congregation in worship. She has also faithfully served on the Vestry and continues to share her gifts through the Liturgical Ministry, reading scripture on Sundays with grace and warmth. Always ready to step in when someone is out or an extra hand is needed, Gita embodies a true spirit of service.

Beyond her many ministries, Gita is on a meaningful journey of discernment toward postulancy, with hopes of eventual ordination to the priesthood. Her openness to God’s call and steadfast presence among us are an inspiration to all who know her.

We are deeply grateful for Gita’s faith, kindness, and willingness to serve wherever she is needed. Thank you, Gita, for the many ways you share God’s love with our Saint James’ family.
