Volunteer Spotlight: Alan Lacey

This week we celebrate Alan Lacey, who’s been part of Saint James’ since 2014. Alan sings in the choir and serves as a reader. He jumped into the choir right away after Jesse Ratcliffe told him, “You need to join the choir!” on his very first Sunday here.

Outside of church, he plays Irish music, leads the Sunday session at O’Brien’s Irish Pub, and performs with the 2nd Maryland Fife and Drum Corps.

His next big challenge? Teaching his daughter, Maggie to drive. Watch out, Warrenton!
