Campaign for Ministries: Celebrating your faithful generosity

The Ascension window above the main altar will be repaired thanks to this congregation’s support for the Campaign for Ministries.

We are immensely grateful and thrilled to report that we've raised $891,378 as of June 16 and exceeded our goal thanks to the generosity of more than 87 individuals and families. If you haven’t yet made a commitment to this capital campaign, it’s not too late to contribute. We’ll keep the campaign open through the summer and celebrate the conclusion of the campaign at the parish picnic on Sunday, Aug. 30.

Another way you can contribute this summer is by making Saint James’ a part of your estate planning. So far, 10 households have added Saint James’ to their plans; our goal is for another 10 households to name the church as a beneficiary of their estates. Such a bequest, unless otherwise designated, goes directly into our endowment and helps sustain our ministry indefinitely. The Campaign for Ministries is about putting Saint James’ in the best possible financial position so that our ministry can continue uninterrupted now and for many years to come. Whatever funds are left over from the five core projects funded by this campaign will go to our endowment, allowing us to reduce our debt from past projects and fund future improvements and maintenance to our 40,000 sq. ft. campus.
