Let’s join our school in providing assistance to Fauquier F.I.S.H. (For Immediate Sympathetic Help). F.I.S.H was founded in 1983 and provides food to individuals and families in need throughout Fauquier County. We will kick off the new year of service projects with a student favorite, snow packs for Fauquier FISH. This program is in collaboration with Fauquier County Public schools to ensure at-risk children have access to utritious food during weekends, school holidays, and snow days.

One Snow Pack consists of: one gallon-sized Ziploc bag containing one  non-perishable breakfast, lunch, and dinner (3 meals total) and two snacks.  Some suggestions are:

• Breakfast: oatmeal packet, small box of cereal

• Lunch/Dinner: box of macaroni and cheese, package of ramen noodles, mini can of ravioli

• Snack: fruit cup, apple sauce, pack of crackers, granola  bar, bag of microwavable popcorn

There are no allergy concerns from F.I.S.H. but Saint James’ Episcopal School  is a nut-sensitive school, so please keep this in mind when sending in items.

Collection will be January 9 - 31. Donations can be dropped off on the Parish Hall stage or service project area of our school’s main lobby. Thank you!
