Youth Missions Organization
Y.M.O.
Youth Missions Organization is our Senior
High youth group.  Y.M.O. was founded in
1987, by Fr. Chris.  This mission based
youth group has grown to have chapters
all over the world.  Y.M.O. focuses on
both local and traveling missions.  
Y.M.O. meets every Sunday night
(September-May) at 6:30 at the Residence
in the youth room.

                          A great big THANK YOU!

   To all the people that helped in the dinners for the Christ St. Paul’s
mission team.  From the set-up, to the preparation, and serving and the
clean up at each of the hosts’ homes, everything went extremely well.  It
truly was an extraordinary display of “radical hospitality”.

Thank you to Kevin Carter for the table & chairs.
Thanks to Michelle & Jeff Place for moving the tables & chairs, cooking,
cleaning up and supporting the mission team with whatever they
needed for their job sites every day.
A special, personal “thank you” to Jan McAtee & Jetta.  On Sunday, I
altered plans for dinner for when the team returned back from D.C.  Jan
worked all afternoon, non-stop, to have dinner ready.  Jetta supervised.  
Jan was still in her Sunday clothes.  She had just enough time to go
home, change and return to St. James to help serve the buffet.
During the week, I received a call from Bob Meceda.  He and his wife,
Polly, treated the entire mission team to ice cream at Carousel.  The
youth were cheering when they heard this gracious offer.  Earlier in the
week, Carousel became a favorite!   Thanks so much!!!!!
Thanks also go out to Earl Poulin, who showed up with popsicle
novelties for the mission teams arrival.  He was also there at 6 a.m.
Saturday with dozens of donuts for the departure of the two mission
teams.
The Christ St. Paul’s mission team was so appreciative of all that was
done to welcome them into our homes, our hearts, and our community.
